Cost
€10 per month
Billed monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime.
After registration you can proceed to payment; no approval wait.
Your invoice states the payment deadline and period covered.
Cancellation and refund rules
Cancel before an activity starts for a full refund without processing or cancellation fees. For a program already started, unused prepaid parts are refundable. Statutory withdrawal is separate, does not need approval and is not waived by payment or attendance.
How registration and follow-up work
Use the parent or guardian’s account. Creating an account alone does not submit an application or reserve a place.
- Submit a separate form for each child. Choose a saved child or enter their name and date of birth. Keep the submission confirmation.
- If the age fits and a place is available, the application is accepted automatically and an invoice link appears. The place is confirmed after payment. Age exceptions wait for review without payment.
- Follow each child’s application and invoices under ‘Programs’ in your account. You can also register another child; each application is separate.
