Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Online services and the cooling-off period
Consumers generally have 14 days after concluding an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions can apply, including certain leisure activities booked for a specific date or period. A date alone does not mean every course is exempt. Any applicable exception and service conditions must be stated before booking.
Services starting during that period
Starting a service early does not automatically remove your rights. The legal requirements for an express request, information about proportionate costs, and any loss of the withdrawal right must be met. Sanabil collects no early-start waiver in this checkout and makes no early-service deduction from a valid statutory withdrawal refund.
Refunds
Where a statutory withdrawal entitles you to repayment, reimbursement must normally be made within 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and without a reimbursement fee. This is separate from the time a bank takes to show a completed refund.
Other cancellations and donations
For cancellations outside the statutory withdrawal right, consult the conditions shown before your booking and contact Sanabil. A donation is not automatically a purchase of a service. For a mistaken donation or to stop recurring payment requests, contact us; signed-in donors can also manage their subscription in their account. The current giving flow creates invoices or payment links for future requests and does not automatically debit your account. Older provider plans must be checked individually. Stopping future requests does not itself refund previous donations.
How to notify us
Use the withdrawal form below or send an unambiguous declaration to our contact email, with your name and enough details to identify the contract. Using this form is optional. No reason is required. Keep the confirmation as evidence.
Withdraw from a contract here
Use this form to tell Sanabil that you withdraw from an online contract. You do not need an account or a reason. You can also contact us by email. Statutory rights apply regardless of the payment method.
