Fees and registration
Level 1 costs €10 in total for four meetings over one month. You pay once. Participation ends after this level, with no automatic renewal or additional monthly charge.
Only 10 places. A parent or guardian submits a separate application for each child through their account. Staff review the age and target group, then send a €10 payment link after acceptance. The place is confirmed after payment. Once full, applications join a waiting list without a payment request. Registration closes before the start day.

One payment covers the stated program period, with no automatic renewal.
An administrator reviews your application before payment.
Your invoice states the payment deadline and period covered.
Cancellation and refund rules
Cancel before an activity starts for a full refund without processing or cancellation fees. For a program already started, unused prepaid parts are refundable. Statutory withdrawal is separate, does not need approval and is not waived by payment or attendance.
How registration and follow-up work
Use the parent or guardian’s account. Creating an account alone does not submit an application or reserve a place.
- Submit a separate form for each child. Choose a saved child or enter their name and date of birth. Keep the submission confirmation.
- Sanabil reviews the application first. Pay after acceptance and invoicing; your account shows the decision and next step.
- Follow each child’s application and invoices under ‘Programs’ in your account. You can also register another child; each application is separate.
