An exemption request reserves a seat while staff review it, when a place is available. It does not approve the exemption or request payment. A full group uses the waiting list.

Cost
€10 per month
3 monthly payments for the level from November 7, 2026 through February 6, 2027, totaling €30. There is no fourth monthly charge.
Level 1 is free for the child who already participates in a current Sanabil program, after verification during review. Siblings are not automatically exempt.
What happens after applying?
If the age fits and a place is available, the application is accepted automatically and a payment link is emailed, with no automatic debit. Registration is confirmed after payment or an approved exemption. Exemption requests and age exceptions wait for review without payment. A full group uses its waiting list without payment.
Cancellation and refund rules
Cancel before an activity starts for a full refund without processing or cancellation fees. For a program already started, unused prepaid parts are refundable. Statutory withdrawal is separate, does not need approval and is not waived by payment or attendance.

Use the parent or guardian’s account. Creating an account alone does not submit an application or reserve a place.
- Submit a separate form for each child. Choose a saved child or enter their name and date of birth. Keep the submission confirmation.

- Follow each child’s application and invoices under ‘Programs’ in your account. You can also register another child; each application is separate.
